Booking and cancellation policy

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Child up to 5 years old free sleeping in the same double suite (a double bed) with the parents.
Any reservation will only be confirmed after checking the deposit of 50% of the reservation amount. - The Pousada accepts the following cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON AND HIPERCARD.
- The Pousada does not charge a service fee.
- Cancel a reservation within 15 days of the CHECK IN date, the refund will be 100% of the deposit amount.
- Cancel a reservation less than 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the refund will be 50% of the deposit amount.
PACKAGES AND HOLIDAYS
- Cancel a reservation within 21 days of the CHECK IN date, the refund will be 100% of the deposit amount.
- If you cancel a reservation less than 21 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will not make any refunds and it will be at the hotel’s disposal to give or not a letter of credit to be used in a stipulated period, except holidays.
NO SHOW
- The guest who does not CHECK IN on the reservation date, the hotel waits 24 hours and after that the PACKAGE AND HOLIDAYS reservation and cancellation policy will apply.
